I’ve purchased new real estate and I want to put it in the trust, what do I do?

A new deed that transfers ownership from your individual name to the name of your trust is required. If the real estate is in VA/DC/MD, we are able to produce and record the necessary deed to assist with this process. All we need to accomplish this is 1) the street address of the property and 2) the necessary fee. This fee is 75% of whatever we are currently charging for deed production (DP clients get a 25% discount to deeds to trust). If the real estate is not in VA/DC/MD, we can send the client a referral to an attorney who is able to assist them.
