Madeline

Fiduciary Litigation Paralegal

Madeline is our fiduciary litigation paralegal with a wealth of experience in both plaintiff and defendant cases, covering litigation and pre-litigation. Her career began in personal injury law, where she not only developed her expertise but also earned her notary commission—an essential asset in her work.

In addition to her personal injury experience, Madeline had the privilege of working for The Department of the Navy, assisting with litigation efforts which ultimately guided her toward a specialization in estate administration. During her career with the Government, she also attended George Mason University School of Law for her Paralegal Certification. This experience was pivotal, solidifying her commitment to navigate complex legal matters and propelling her toward a career in Fiduciary Litigation with PJI Law. Madeline is driven by her passion for helping others and her ability to work under pressure. She thrives in the complexity of litigation and finds great satisfaction in relieving her clients from the stress and uncertainty that often accompany legal matters. Her commitment to learning continuously fuels her growth, enabling her to provide expert guidance to clients who rely on her expertise during difficult times.

Outside of her professional life, Madeline enjoys reading, cooking, and playing blackjack, a passion she developed through participating in blackjack tournaments. These hobbies offer her a chance to unwind while also fueling her strategic thinking and love of learning.
