Sean Fitzpatrick
Law Clerk
Sean grew up in Leesburg, Virginia, as the oldest of three brothers. He attended the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he studied history and philosophy and competed in track and field as a shot putter. After college, Sean joined AmeriCorps, volunteering in Minnesota as a mentor and tutor for junior high school students. The experience sparked a lasting passion for helping others and strengthened the communication, empathy, and, perhaps most importantly, patience that he brings to his work today.
Apparently deciding he hadn’t quite had enough of school, Sean returned home to Virginia to attend Washington and Lee University School of Law. There, he developed a particular interest in trusts and estates while also helping his classmates achieve an impressive three consecutive Law School Flag Football Championships. Sean recently earned his law degree and sat for the Virginia Bar Exam. He is currently awaiting his results and looks forward to putting his education and experience to work helping clients navigate important legal decisions.
Outside the office, Sean enjoys keeping both mind and body active. He spends his free time lifting weights, reading philosophy, playing music, and following the Washington Nationals.
