With more than 20 years of Human Resources experience, Lauren serves as the Director of Human Resources, leading initiatives across talent development, employee relations, compliance, recruiting, compensation, and benefits. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Virginia Tech, a foundation that continues to shape her people-first approach to leadership.
Lauren is passionate about building an inclusive, collaborative workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work. She believes that when people thrive, organizations thrive—and that a strong, connected team is the key to delivering exceptional service to clients and making a meaningful impact in the communities they serve. She is proud to be part of a firm whose commitment to its people is matched by its dedication to giving back.
Outside the office, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, baking and cooking, and cheering on her favorite Washington, D.C. sports teams.
