Liyabona was raised by a single parent who instilled in her the values of compassion, generosity, and service to others. Growing up in a close-knit family, she witnessed firsthand the importance of supporting those in need, whether through community outreach initiatives or providing meals to vulnerable individuals during challenging times such as the COVID-19 pandemic.
These experiences inspired Liyabona’s passion for helping others and shaped her approach to client care. As an Intake Specialist, she is known for her strong listening skills, natural ability to connect with people, and commitment to ensuring that every client feels heard, respected, and understood. Her inquisitive nature and attention to detail allow her to gather important information effectively while providing a welcoming and supportive experience.
Outside of work, Liyabona enjoys exploring her city’s hidden gems and local restaurants. She is also passionate about personal and professional growth, continually seeking opportunities to learn, develop new skills, and expand her knowledge.
