Haley

Haley was born in a small, rural town in eastern North Carolina, where every neighbor was a friend. As the daughter of a Marine and a substitute teacher, she learned from a young age that integrity, compassion, and service to others were life-long values.

Job opportunities were scarce in Haley’s hometown of 400 people. She had never heard the phrase “human resources” until she fell in love with an Industrial and Organizational Psychology class in college. As a first-generation college student, Haley quickly set her sights on helping others navigate the personal, social, and economic impacts of employment.

For over a decade, Haley has provided full-range HR support, strategy, and servant leadership to drive collaboration and results for businesses and their greatest assets— their people. Her core commitments include creating ethical, productive, and authentic partnerships inside and outside the workplace to cultivate genuine connection and understanding.

With an active interest in employment law, Haley recently earned a Master of Legal Studies from American University. She is humbled and delighted to support the fully-dedicated and mission-driven people at PJI Law.
